Our antibacterial powder coating is used especially in applications that require a high level of hygiene regulations. Due to the addition of silver ions, our antibacterial powder has a long-term antibacterial effect and is effective against many types of bacteria such as Ecoli, Legionella and others (For more detailed information, please see the data sheet). Colore® P.23 ist eine Polyester Serie auf der Basis von Polyester- und/oder Epoxydharz die durch Zusatz von Silber-Ionen über einen langfristigen antibakteriellen Effekt verfügen. Der antibakterielle Effekt besteht durchgängig (24h / 7Tage) über die gesamte erwartete Lebensdauer des beschichteten Produktes. Vorausgesetzt der Lackfilm ist noch vorhanden, nicht beschädigt, in guter Verfassung, wurde nicht chemisch angegriffen, entfernt oder mit einem nicht antibakteriellen Produkt überbeschichtet. Colores® P.23-Serie ist frei von Schwermetallen und TGIC. Der Pulverlackfilm besitzt nach der Polymerisation gute mechanische Eigenschaften sowie gute Verlaufseigenschaften und eine wirksame Beständigkeit gegen Chemikalien und Witterungseinflüsse.

Packaging units
The product is packed in plastic bags in cartons of 20 or 25 kg.
