The labo­ra­to­ry ser­vice for PPG Envi­ro­cron® pow­der coa­tings is one of the most exten­si­ve in the indus­try. It inclu­des, for examp­le, a cus­to­mer inqui­ry labo­ra­to­ry that hand­les coa­ting pro­blems that can­not be sol­ved by tele­pho­ne or on-site. The­re is also a per­for­mance tes­ting labo­ra­to­ry, whe­re a ran­ge of stan­dard and cus­to­mi­zed tests are car­ri­ed out. The ran­ge inclu­des salt spray, impact resis­tance, cross-cut and UV tests, as well as nume­rous other tests.

Our con­sul­tants can sup­port our cus­to­mers at every sta­ge of the pro­cess and plan­ning — whe­ther they are get­ting star­ted in pow­der coa­ting or are loo­king to expand their sys­tem. We help select the tech­no­lo­gy that is best sui­ted for our cus­to­mers’ sys­tem or their plan­ned application.
